Your order with Colour Your Own

These terms apply to consumer purchases from this shop. Orders and customer support are handled in English. You must be able to enter into a binding contract; a parent or guardian should place orders for children.

How to order

  1. Choose a product, colour and available size. Read its description, sizing information and what is included.
  2. Enter your personalisation and check the preview, spelling and layout.
  3. Review your basket. Use the edit-personalisation option to correct a saved design, or remove it before paying.
  4. At checkout, check contact and delivery details, delivery service, taxes and the full total. Select an available payment method and use the payment button to place an order with an obligation to pay.

Payment is due when you order. We accept your order when we send your order confirmation email. Keep that confirmation and your order reference for your records. If we cannot supply an accepted order, we will contact you promptly to agree an alternative or provide a refund, without limiting your legal rights.

Products and personalisation

The product description and selected options explain what you are buying. Fabric pens are not included with the Christmas Dinosaur colour-in T-shirt. Do not assume props, accessories or colouring materials shown in guides are included unless the product description says so.

On-screen previews help you check your choices; screens and print processes can show colours differently. This does not remove our obligation to supply goods that match their description and meet the legally required standard. Garment fit should be checked against the product's available size guidance.

Check personalised details before payment. Tell us promptly if you notice an error; changes depend on the production stage and must be confirmed by us. You must have permission to use any content you supply. Do not submit unlawful content or content that infringes another person's rights. If we cannot use supplied content, we will explain the issue and arrange an alternative or refund as appropriate.

Prices, VAT and delivery

Consumer prices are in GBP and include applicable VAT. The rate can differ by product or size. Delivery charges and the full order total are shown before payment. A displayed zero VAT amount does not mean that every item in the shop has the same VAT treatment.

Available delivery options and any product-specific making estimate apply to your selection. Express delivery is a delivery service, not a promise of priority production. Unless a different delivery date is agreed before acceptance, delivery will be within 30 days of acceptance. See our shipping policy.

Cancellation, returns and faults

Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised are excluded from the usual online change-of-mind cancellation right. Eligible non-personalised goods normally have a 14-day cancellation period after delivery and a further 14 days to return them. Faulty or misdescribed personalised goods retain statutory remedies. Help, complaints and your rights

Contact us with an order reference or other proof of purchase and a clear description of the issue. We will investigate and explain the available next steps. Your personal information is handled under our privacy policy.

We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights. English law applies, without removing mandatory protections available where you live. You retain any right to bring proceedings in the courts of the UK country in which you live.

You can save or print these terms for your records. Changes apply to future orders; the terms in force when you order apply to that purchase.
