How do I order different names?

Give each personalised item its own name on the product page. Check every name and design in your basket before you complete checkout.

What comes with a canvas kit?

Each kit includes one personalised 20 × 20 cm flat canvas board and one six-colour pen pack. The canvas design and name are printed to order.

Quick answers

How do I personalise a Colour-In T-shirt?

Choose an available size, replace the example name and use the font choices shown for your design. Check spelling, capital letters and punctuation in the preview, then review the item before adding it to your basket. Follow our step-by-step guide.

Can I order a Full Colour design?

Full Colour is coming soon. You can explore its design previews, but ordering is not available yet. The Colour-In range has its own shopping journey; a Full Colour preview does not make that design a colour-in product.

Can I change the artwork or upload my own photo?

Use the choices shown on the individual product. A design may keep its illustration and layout fixed. Only upload a file if that product offers an upload option; our image-quality guide does not mean every design accepts uploads. Ask us if you are unsure.

How do I choose the right size?

Compare a T-shirt that fits with the specific product's measurements. An age label is a starting point, not a guarantee of fit. Children's and adult styles have their own guides; do not use one style's chart for another. Read our children's sizing guide and ask us if a measurement is missing.

Will it look exactly like the preview?

The preview helps you check the design and personal details. Screen colours and photographs can differ from the finished item. A mockup is not a measurement of print size or garment fit; read the individual product details.

Are fabric pens included?

Our current Colour-In T-shirts are garment only: fabric pens are not included. Choose colouring materials labelled for fabric and follow their instructions. Read the care and colouring guide before starting.

How long does making and delivery take?

Check the making estimate and the delivery options before paying. Making your personalised item and the carrier's journey are separate steps. A faster delivery service does not shorten making time. See delivery and order updates, or ask us before ordering for a particular day.

Can I change my personalisation?

Before checkout, use the personalisation edit link in your basket where available. After ordering, contact us promptly with your order number and the change you need. Changes may not be possible once making has started.

What if my item is faulty or incorrect?

Please contact us with your order number if you have one and explain what is wrong. Personalisation does not remove your rights if an item is faulty or not as described. Read returns & order problems for more help.
